How can I check the status of my current order?
After successfully completing the transaction, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email containing the confirmed order information. You can also go to our website or mobile app, log in as a member, go to "My Account" and click "Order Inquiry" to find the order number to check the status of the order.
How to modify or cancel an order?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you submitted incorrect information when ordering, please contact us via WhatsApp online chat or email to info@daisukijapan.com. If the order was not packed or shipped, we can correct the information for you. Therefore, please make sure that all goods and personal information are correct before submitting the order and making payment before confirming the order.
